We stand behind every Terrava planter. If within 30 days of receiving your order you don’t notice easier plant care, healthier-looking plants, or a real difference in your watering routine, you can contact us for a refund.

To request a refund, please email us with your order number and a short explanation. Our team will review your request and help you with the next steps.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us first.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Plants, soil, or other items not purchased directly from Terrava Planters are not covered by this policy.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like a different Terrava planter, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help you with an exchange, depending on availability.
